Policy for Selecting Reviewers

All research papers submitted for publication in the Scientific Journal of the Faculty of Economics and Commerce – Qarah Buli are subject to evaluation by a distinguished group of experts and professors from universities, higher institutes, and recognized scientific research centers known for their competence, expertise, and integrity. Reviewers must meet the following criteria:

1. Commitment to objective and impartial scientific peer review, free from personal or intellectual bias.

2. Refraining from sharing the manuscript or its ideas with any unauthorized party, while allowing academic discussion of ideas solely for the purpose of objective evaluation.

3. Providing clear, constructive, and scholarly feedback that helps the researcher improve the quality of the research.

4. Adhering to the specified deadlines for submitting peer-review reports.

5. Immediately informing the Editorial Board of any suspected plagiarism or scientific misconduct.

The journal is committed to direct or indirect communication with qualified experts and professors who meet the above-mentioned criteria and accrediting them as reviewers for the journal. This communication may take place through direct contact by the journal’s editorial team, through the research centers, institutions, and universities where the reviewers are affiliated, or via electronic platforms available on the global information network.
