To publish high-quality scientific research and studies in the fields of administrative, financial, economic, and political sciences, by adopting the best methodologies and approaches of scientific research, and by striving to bridge the gap between what is available and what is required.

Objectives
To attract and encourage researchers and provide them with the opportunity to publish their studies and research related to the journal’s areas of interest, contributing to the enrichment of knowledge and scientific research both within Libya and beyond.
